1) I will tell you the interview questions you must prepare for if you have a job interview coming up in 2023. Now, these questions are being asked all the time during job interviews and you need to know what they are in order to pass.

2) I will then give you a brilliant example answers to all seven interview questions to help you succeed.

So let's start working through those seven interview questions and answers for 2023 interview.

Why do you want to leave your current company?

Now, when answering this first interview question, do not be negative about your current employer, co-workers, or boss. Keep your answers short and above all positive. Here's my example, answer to tell.

"I want to leave my current employer because I'm ready for a fresh challenge with a new company where I can put my skills and experience to good use. I want to work on exciting and challenging projects with professionals in a positive working environment. My employer has been great and we have achieved a lot whilst I've been working there but I am now in the next stage of my career which I hope will be with your company interview."

How did you hear about this position?

Now, this next interview question is being asked to assess your motivation for the position you have applied for. Be very careful how you answer it and try to demonstrate you have been keen on working for their company for some time. So here's my top example to help you polish your interview.

"I heard about this position because I check your website regularly as soon as I saw the job advertised I was ready to apply. I've admired your company for some time especially because I have experience using your products and services and everyone I know who has worked here say some things about you and how the business is well organized."

Why should we hire you now?

This is one of the hardest interview questions to answer because you have to get passionate in your response and demonstrate how you can be the best return on their investment if they hire you. So, here's my example answer to help.

"You should hire me because I am the type of employee who is constantly looking for ways to improve my skills and contribute positively to the company. You should hire me because I take on board feedback to grow professionally. I embraced change with a positive mindset and I always take ownership of problems and challenges instead of passing them on to my manager to deal with."

How do you handle stress and pressure?

Now, this next interview question is being asked all the time by hiring managers because they need to be convinced you can handle the stress of pressure that will come with the position you have applied for now, not everyone can deal with pressure, so you have to give a confident and convincing answer. Here's my top scoring response.

"I handle stress and pressure by being organized and prioritizing my tasks in advance. So I know exactly what I am doing. I look ahead what potential I could encounter and then react accordingly. I also handle stress and pressure by keeping myself fit and healthy by practicing mindfulness and by generally looking after myself. "

What's your biggest failure?

Now, this is a really tough interview question to answer and don't be fooled into thinking you need to say you've never failed before. Now this question assesses two things.

1. How honest you are

2. Whether you learn from your failures.

So here's my example, answer to help you my biggest failure.

"When I was working at my previous job job, the team I was apart of missed an important deadline, we didn't have a good enough plan of action in place. When we lost to team members halfway through the project due to things went downhill quickly. I learned so much from that experience."

What can you offer us that someone else can't?

So this is another tricky interview question, that is being asked all the time. During job interviews, you must give unique answer that makes you stand out from the competition. Now if you have a track record of achievement in previous roles, talk about it in your answer. So here's my top scoring example response to help you.

"I can offer you loyalty, a track record of achievement that I promised to replicate in this position and significant experience that will help your company grow. I can bring diverse skills outside of my job description such as social media marketing which we can use to help grow online sales and I promised that I'll come up to speed quickly."

What are your salary requirements?

So this next interview question is one you really must prepare for so before your interview research the salary range for your role and industry so you have a figure to use in your answer. So here's my top scoring response to help you pass your interview.

"The salary range for this position in industry is between 60,000 - 73,000. Now, although I believe 73,000 I appreciate you and to the duty to prove to you my worth. So on that basis, I would be satisfied with a salary of (whatever you're expecting). And I believe you will see a great return on your investment."

So, the best three questions to ask at the end of your Interview to impress the hiring manager.

1) What's the best thing about working for this company?

2) Can you tell me more about the team I would be a part of in this role?

3) What advice would you give to the successful candidate who wants to excel in the position?

So that is my top seven brilliant answers to difficult interview questions in 2023.

All the very best for your upcoming interview. I hope this article is helpful for you. 😊🎉
